Warranty Information Tips：Order ID, Serial Number, Proof of Purchase.

• Order ID : You can find you order ID in the order history of the account, through which your purchase was made.
• Serial Number : The Serial Number can be found on the main body of the product, but does not appear on the packaging. It will appear as S\N: XXXXXXXX. 1.For non-pro/plus models 1500 and below, the serial number is located on the bottom or the back panel. 2.For the 300 Plus, 1000 Pro, 1500 Pro & 2000 Pro models, the serial number is located on the backside underneath the fold-down handle. Lift the handle to see the serial number. 3.For the 1000 Plus, 2000 Plus & 3000 Pro please scan the QR Code on the back. Scanning the QR code will open the browser on your phone and it will run a search for the serial number. 4.SN code of the Solar Saga: The serial number can be found on the opposite side of the USB-port, of the Solar Saga 100W and 100X panels. For the Solar Saga 200W panel, the serial number is located next to the handle.
• Proof of Purchase : If you have bought Jackery's products off-line, from stores, you'll need to upload proof of purchase, including tickets, vouchers, shopping receipts etc. You'll be required to indicate the date of purchase, product name and store. You can also note the information in the remarks-bar. We'll verify it ASAP.
• Tips : If you purchased from a Channel Partner and your order contains multiple packages, you will need to submit a separate warranty extension request for each individual product.
